     We are a legally registered and  dedicated  NGO committed to uplifting and transforming the lives of the forgotten, voiceless and uplifting the most vulnerable-orphaned, poor, neglected, and abused children living under bridges with no one to protect them, widows, Devadasi women, and underserved communities. In the silent corners of our cities—under bridges, in forgotten alleys, and among broken homes—there are lives waiting to be seen, heard, and uplifted. He Cares Mission was born from a single promise: that no widow, no orphaned child, no abused soul should ever feel alone or abandoned.

These are not just numbers to us. Each widow we comfort, each child we feed, each life we touch—is a story of resilience waiting to be rewritten. We believe every person, no matter how broken their past, deserves a chance at a better future.

 we rescue children who sleep on cold pavements and under flyovers, giving them a safe place to rest, learn, and dream again. We offer free education through our centers, especially in underserved regions like Orissa, where many children are experiencing school for the first time.

We extend love and support to Devadasi women, helping them reclaim their dignity and rebuild their lives with strength and purpose. Our Borewell Project brings clean drinking water to villages where thirst and disease have ruled for far too long. Through free medical camps, we bring healing and care to the poorest who have no access to even basic healthcare.

Our NGO provides critical assistance during natural calamities such as floods and earthquakes.We are committed to offering timely support, our commitment is not just to charity, but to integrity and sustainable change.

Legal Status & Government Recognition



  1. Registered NGO under the appropriate legal framework for charitable and non-profit organizations in India.
  2. Recognized and working in coordination with the child welfare department, ensuring that our services for vulnerable and abused children are carried out under proper legal and protective guidelines.
  3. Registered under 12A of the Income Tax Act, allowing us to operate as a Tax-exempt organization.
  4. Approved under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, enabling our donors to claim tax deductions on their contributions.
  5. All activities are conducted transparently, ethically, and in full compliance with government rules and child protection laws.
  6. Regular audits and reporting are done to maintain accountability and build trust with our partners, beneficiaries, and supporters.
